Taking the GORE-TEX Brand to the Streets of Tokyo

To highlight some of the latest projects from the GORE-TEX Brand, Beinghunted. took to the streets of Tokyo.

The GORE-TEX Brand is arguably one of the world’s most recognizable ingredient brands and its impact on fashion is undeniable. For almost a decade, Beinghunted. has supported the GORE-TEX Brand in exploring its influence and brand association—both aesthetically and functionally.

Japan is home to some of the GORE-TEX Brand’s renowned partners, and year after year, support in this country has grown. As an ode to its capital, Beinghunted.’s Tokyo-based team took to the streets of Shibuya to capture some of the latest GORE-TEX Brand products. The editorial highlighted the city’s distinct features, from its famous architecture to its unique light.

The editorial was developed to explore new ways of presenting products with a globally compelling aesthetic juxtaposed against a local backdrop.

The project was part of our ongoing work with the GORE-TEX Brand within the lifestyle category. Under the GORE-TEX Brand Studio, we continue to redefine what functional wear can or should look like—and the context in which it can be presented.
