From Vancouver to Berlin
In 2023, Beinghunted. and Arc’teryx joined forces for a day-long event in Berlin highlighting the often-overlooked connection between the Canada-based outdoor experts and the city of Berlin.
Beinghunted. developed the concept for a day-long program based on the Archaeopteryx fossil that is displayed at Berlin’s Museum Für Naturkunde, which served as inspiration for the Arc’teryx logo. The campaign was created as an information-led activation that highlighted the underlying context of evolution which still shows in Arc’teryx’ design ethos
Together with Arc’teryx, we presented a 3-part program to a selected group of industry figures and brand stans from in and around Berlin. The program consisted of a museum tour, followed by a color workshop hosted by Paulina Meyle and a Q/A with Kavan, the Color Design Expert at Arc’teryx.
Through an informative lens, Beinghunted. presented Arc’teryx in a recontextualised light showing the profound connection between the brand and the natural sources that shaped it. From the evolution of the archaeopteryx to the colors of our environment.
